What is your new patient procedure?
No appointment is needed. All you have to do is come in during our open hours and fill out a new patient chart. We have assistance if needed.
I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?
Here at the East Knox Free Medical Clinic no documentation or insurance is necessary in order to be treated.
How much will my copayment be?
There is no copayment at the
East Knox Free Medical Clinic.
How long do I have to wait to see a doctor?
Wait times vary on how many patients need to be seen as we uphold a first come first serve policy. We are open from 12 to 4 PM on Mondays.
